Why Most Attempts Fail
There are over 500,000 leadership and executive coaches globally.
Experience alone no longer differentiates. Credentials no longer differentiate. “Leadership ” as positioning no longer differentiates.
Most former corporate leaders enter the market assuming credibility will translate into demand.
It does not.
In a crowded advisory market, authority must be defined, not implied.
Broad positioning disappears. Undefined messaging blends in. Executive-level clients look for specificity, not general leadership language.

Commitment
Attend all six weekly two hour calls. Plan an additional 2-3 hours per week for strategic work on your own between calls.
This is not passive participation. You will make real positioning decisions.
This intensive involves direct, structured work with us. It is not a templated program you consume alone. Expect dialogue, challenge, and co‒creation. It is not a video course or passive content library. We actively guide and challenge your strategic thinking and it requires engagement, reflection, and real decisions.
